  CAPE TOWN WEATHER
Summertime
Most tourists visit Cape Town during our long summer months. These are the months from October to March. A Mediterranean climate with little rain and eleven or more hours of sunshine a day and long sunny evenings.
Temperatures range from 15°C (60F) at night to 30°C (96°F) at noon with average temperatures around 27°C.

Between Seasons
These are the smart times to visit the Cape as this is when nature is at its showiest. The Flower Season (August to September) or whale watching (June to November) or to see the vineyards at their best, these are great seasons to be in the Cape.

The Secret Season Winter
Although Cape Town winters have days of rain they often produce perfect temperate days or even weeks. When it's like this then winter becomes the perfect "secret season".
Temperatures from 0°C (32F) at night to 18°C (66°F) at noon.
