VIEWS SELF-CATERING APARTMENT IS only 80 meters from very safe white sandy beaches. You can watch your children playing on the beach and in the rock pools while sitting in the apartment. It must be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and whales (in season May to November). The lounge/dining room and main bedroom have large windows that face the sea and offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Table bay, Blaauberg Mountain, the Tygerberg hills, Durbanville Winelands and wine route, African sunsets over the Atlantic ocean as well as the city lights at night. The complex is only 5 minutes drive from the normal convenience shops, restaurants, banks, a post office etc. It is approximately 25 minutes drive from the Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the freeways making access to the Wine routes, the Westcoast and other scenic attractions easy. There is a Health and Racquet Club at Table View (10 minutes away) and the Atlantic Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Club are only 8 and 10 kms away. Relax by stepping out from the apartment complex and walking for miles along promenade or the unspoiled beach between Blouberg and Melkbosstrand with the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
